SYAS × Student Contract

All students—whether new or returning—must enter into a contract with the school together with their parents/guardians before the course begins. The contractual agreement is considered formalized once the contract is completed, signed, and payment has been made.

Before signing the contract, special attention should be paid to the following:

1. Fee Protection Scheme
2. Medical Insurance
3. Withdrawal and Refund Clause

As an additional safeguard, an Advisory Note will be attached to the student contract. This is a compulsory document to be signed by all students/parents/guardians.
