Dear Parents/ Guardians/ Students,
Update on September School Holidays (Primary 1 to Secondary 3 Students)
Due to the upcoming Presidential Election in Singapore, the government made changes to the public and school holidays. San Yu Adventist School (SYAS) has also made the following changes to the school calendar and students DO NOT need to attend school on the following days:
- 1 Sep, Friday, is now Polling Day and a public holiday.
- 11 Sep, Monday, is this year’s Teachers’ Day and a school holiday.
The term 3 school holidays will commence on Polling Day (Friday, 1 Sep) and we look forward to welcoming our students back to SYAS on Tuesday, 12 Sep.
