First Day of School – Monday, 5 January 2026

Dear Parents/ Guardians and Students,

Greetings. We welcome our students back for a new academic year.

Our first day of school falls on Monday, 5 January 2026.  The school hours for Monday will be from 7.57am to 1.00pm and we seek your understanding that school dismissal time may be slightly delayed as we will practise staggered dismissal to ensure a smooth flow of human traffic.  

We would like to encourage students to bring their stationery and a notebook on the first day of school.  Normal timetable (which will be issued on Monday) will resume on Tuesday.  Thus students do NOT need to bring textbooks on Monday.

eContract Signing for Returning Student (Secondary School) - 2026 Academic Year

Dear Parents/Guardians,

A letter to facilitate the eContract signing for your child/ward enrolment to the 2026 academic year has been sent out on 10 Oct 2025. Please:

1. Refer to the instructions provided in the letter 
2. Submit the personal email addresses of the student and the Contracting Party (the parent or appointed guardian responsible for signing the student contract) via this link.

Should you need assistance with the eContract signing during the preferential period, please book an appointment with us at 6256 6840 (extension 101), or WhatsApp us. We strongly recommend seeking clarification in advance to ensure a smooth eContract signing and enrolment process.

*Kindly note that enrolment to the next course level is NOT automatic. The final result will be released on the last day of school for Secondary School (7 Nov 2025) and the eContract via DocuSign will be sent periodically during the week of the preferential contract signing period (10 Nov to 14 Nov 2025).

• 5 September 2025 (Friday) - Teachers' Day School Holiday
• 19 September 2025 (Friday) - Closed from 3.00pm - 3.30pm
• 22 September 2025 (Monday) - Off in-lieu due to Pay It Forward (only applicable to P1 to S3 students)

Application for the 2026 Academic Year

Dear Parent/Guardian,

SYAS sent out a letter dated 1 Sep 2025 on the Application for the 2026 Academic Year. 

Please submit your Online application for Returning Students via SYAS's Student Portal by September 15, 2025.

Log in to the SYAS Student Portal with your child’s/ward’s SYAS Student ID (e.g. 202508123). For students who have not logged in before, the User ID and Password will be the same as the Student ID.

Kindly refer to the instructions in the letter to ensure a smooth registration or refer here for more information.
