Dear Parent/Guardian,
Term 4 Home-Based Learning for P1 to P5
This letter is to inform you that all students from Primary 1 to Primary 5 will undergo
home-based learning (HBL) from 27 September to 6 October, as part of additional precautionary
measures in the lead up to the written papers for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). Furthermore, students do not report to school on Thursday, 7 October as the school will be celebrating Children’s Day via Zoom.
This is to minimise the risk of school-based transmissions and reduce the number of students placed on Quarantine Order (QO) or Leave of Absence (LOA) prior to the examination. All students must conduct an antigen rapid test (ART) swab test at home on 10 October 2021 and send the result via class dojo to their form teachers latest by 12.00 noon. This will allow for sufficient time to take a confirmatory polymerase chain reaction swab test, should they be tested positive for ART swab or obtain two consecutive invalid ART results. If there are no issues, all students will report to school on 11 October at the usual time.

As usual, e-learning assignments and Zoom sessions will be assigned through Asknlearn learning portal by all the subject teachers whose lessons are scheduled in the school timetable for the class of your child/ward, from the first to the last period of all the mentioned dates shown above. All students concerned have to refer to the HBL timetables put up in the Asknlearn learning portal and complete all the tasks specified for the above-mentioned dates.
Students who do not have computers and Internet access at home and would like to use the school computers to complete their tasks on the above-mentioned dates need to indicate on the acknowledgement slip below. To expedite a smooth operation, only students who have responded that they will be using the school computers will have access to them. Please take note that students would need to wear their school uniforms when they report to school during the HBL days.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
EstherNg
